Thanksgiving

Now that the semester is over, I can update with some pictures from the last few weeks.  Thanksgiving was great, we spent almost a week at the Harris home in Blue Springs. I missed out on some of the adventures due to paper writing, but Ashlie did a great job capturing the fun.

 We got to Skype with Uncle Tyler, who is serving in the Middle East right now.  We all miss him.

M-I-Z

We were debating whether to go to the Mizzou-Texas Tech game when we got a text from our friends Laura and Chris.  Turned out they had some tickets to give away.  Decision made! The wind was whipping on the way to the game, but once we were inside the stadium it was really pleasant.

The seats were amazing.  30 yard line, 30 rows back.  Perfect.

Joe LOVES Truman the Tiger.  This was his reaction when he realized he got to see Truman for the entire game....

Both kids did great.  We made it through the third quarter, then started running into dinner/bedtime.  So..we headed home.  We got to listen to Mizzou's fourth quarter comeback on the radio.  We had such a great time!

Are stay at home days.  Today was a good one.

Joe's Day:  Step one - wake up, build fort.

Step two: Boots, coat, hat on - time to go outside.

Step three: Head inside, check on sister.  Kiss.

Ava says,"peace out."

Step four:  Back outside.
