Miss Julie's Garden

Both of our kids have been fortunate enough to spend a lot of time at Montessori Infants and Toddlers - the only daycare we could ever imagine sending them to. The owner, Julie, is also a dietician at a local hospital and cooks for the kids daily.  Her backyard has been transformed into an amazing permaculture garden by a super-talented man named Jonah. We've been watching the transformation over the last two years and it is truly beautiful.  Recently we took a tour so that Joe could show us the lettuce he likes to eat and the peas he helped plant this spring.

Pinnacles

The Pinnacles is a pretty hiking area just a few miles up the road from our house.  Some cool rock outcroppings are located up above the stream, I, of course, didn't take any pictures of them.  Next time.
